Work with the construction team to bring your plans to life
Regular meetings with your Superintendent and Interior Designer
Stay informed through our online project management platform
Final walk-through with the Superintendent to ensure satisfaction

Move-in

Review your Homeowners Information Binder, including warranty and maintenance details
Get familiar with your home during a walk-through with the Superintendent
Celebrate as we hand you the keys to your new dream home!

Ongoing Support

Our team will meet with you 120 days after you move in to complete our post move-in checklist.
Discuss questions about maintenance and care with your superintendent.
Receive helpful maintenance tips and correspondence from our team for as long as you live in your home!
